Training for me has been on and off for the last ten years mainly lifting upper body weights, kind of what 90% of the guys in the gym do. I would miss days and come in and train what I felt I wanted at the time which was fair to say chest and arms. I wanted to get in shape for a holiday and Gregs planning was perfect for me. I absolutely hated cardio, but Greg made our sessions fun and effective and I have learnt so much in terms of how to get lean doing the right type fat burn drills and the benefits of working anerobicaly. After each session my T-shirt was drenched in sweat and I started to look forward to our cardio sessions on the lead up to my holiday to Ibiza, especially knowing my body was changing and was starting to feel  more confident. It only took a few months to see results and I felt comfortable for once, to take my shirt off on holiday, I was actually starting to see Abs!

​He’s someone who gets on with everyone regardless who they are. He has a likability factor and that’s probably why he’s one of the most popular trainers at the gym. Believe it or not when I’m training hard with him, we still have a laugh whilst doing it which actually helps me get through the hard work outs! Every session we do is hard, but Greg has made me believe that anything is possible and as he always tells me, “its only an hour of pain, think of the results!”.
