 I always had the mentality that I could train by myself and that having a trainer was pointless and a waste of money. I remember looking in the mirror one day a couple of months before summer started and realised my body was the same after all the years I’d been training. I was skinny, lifting the same weights and decided to change my ways and give personal training a go.

My body changed within weeks. Greg made me realise the importance of having structure to your training and nutrition, his personalised plans were specific to my goals and I felt I had learnt so much and continued to do every week I trained with him. I know I wouldn’t be as big and mentally strong as I am today if it wasn’t for him! 

I’m happy with the progress I’ve made and would definitely recommend Greg as a trainer!
