Before I met Greg, I’d suffered from pulling my lower back during deadlift and I suffered long term pains. As soon as I approached Greg, he gave me the confidence to deadlift again and I have actually been able to lift heavier then before! Greg is also knowledgeable in Physio, where he has helped with other rehab training and been able to identify what physios haven’t. An example of this is when I suffered sciatica.

Overall, Greg is an excellent trainer, helped me achieve my goals going through mass and strength training to cutting body fat and been able to advise me on meal plans and diet. These body changes have given me self confidence at the gym and on holidays as he has helped me be in the best shape of  my life. Greg has also helped me achieve personal records on all major compound lifts. If you are looking for a PT, I would highly recommend him!
